Job Title: Senior Packaging Engineer

Experience: 5–6 Years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of packaging design, development, and validation.
* Working knowledge of ISTA, IATA, and ASTM packaging standards and testing requirements.
* Knowledge of PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and its implications for packaging design, sustainability, and compliance.
* Hands-on experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Creo Parametric.
* Experience in packaging material selection, structural design, prototyping, and testing.
* Ability to develop optimized, cost-effective, sustainable, and transport-compliant packaging solutions.
* Positive understanding of packaging specifications, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented packaging professional with practical experience in packaging engineering, regulatory compliance, 3D modelling, and packaging validation.
