Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through research, outbound outreach, and engagement across digital channels. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining lead lists, conducting prospect research,



initiating contact via email, calls, and social platforms, and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, track lead status, and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare basic reports on lead generation activities, and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
