Role Description The Event Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing event concepts and timelines, negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and supervising on-site setup and breakdown. This is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur.

Qualifications




• Strong event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing multiple events and timelines.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, with clear, professional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and basic contract negotiation for services such as venues, catering, and technical support.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions quickly on-site to ensure smooth event execution.
• Comfort working on-site during events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with common office and scheduling software; familiarity with event management tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
