Role Description The Area Collections Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for overseeing and optimizing collections operations within the assigned territory. This role includes managing and guiding the collections team, monitoring portfolio performance,



and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining customer-centric practices and compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. Day-to-day activities involve setting collection targets, reviewing field performance, analyzing delinquency trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing corrective action plans to improve recovery rates. The Area Collections Manager also handles escalated cases, supports process improvements, prepares regular reports and dashboards for leadership, and ensures that all collections activities meet quality, ethical, and legal standards.
