DecoDivine is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive recent client acquisition and high-value interior project opportunities across Retail, Commercial, F&B; and Workplace sectors.

? THIS IS A HUNTING ROLE

We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, open new doors, build strategic relationships and convert them into projects.

? Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify, prospect and acquire new clients for Design & Build / Turnkey Interior Projects

✔ Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, cold outreach, referrals and relationship building

✔ Develop strong connections with:
Retail Brands | Corporate Clients | Developers | GCCs | Architects | Consultants | PMCs | Commercial Real Estate Teams | F&B; Chains

✔ Identify upcoming retail expansion, new stores, office, café, restaurant and commercial fit-out opportunities





✔ Own the complete sales cycle — Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

✔ Present Interior Design, Design & Build and Turnkey Solutions

✔ Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Pre-Sales and Project Teams to develop winning proposals and presentations

✔ Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline and consistently achieve business/revenue targets

✔ Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and rollout opportunities

✔ Track market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

? Ideal Candidate

Experience: 5–10 Years in Business Development / Project Sales / B2B Sales

Preferred background in:

Commercial Interior Fit-Out | Design & Build | Retail Interiors | Workplace Interiors | Architecture | Construction | F&B; Projects
