Role Description Role will involve sourcing equipment, goods, and services, as well as managing vendors.

Responsibilities :
· Prioritize the purchase requisitions based on type of purchase (upcoming or general), product and time, Process the upcoming requisitions every day.
· Send for authorization to Administration and Finance; provide follow up, present quotes, comparative charts, etc.




· Review purchase requisitions when making an order.
· Oversee the registry and updating of the material and supplier catalogues.
· Verify the number of materials to reorder, so as to maintain a minimum stock and not to exceed the maximum to cover the sales and raw materials operation needs.
· Should be valuable with Tally.
· Able to create PO, Vendor Registration and comparative.
· Should have good contact in the market and contact with vendors.
. Implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimisation and enhancing efficiency.
. Negotiating Contracts
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organisational goals.
· Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities and pricing fluctuations.
