Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at The International by Tunga Hotel in Mumbai. This position supports the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and client interactions. The role includes coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings, events, and group reservations, as well as tracking sales activities and updating reports and CRM systems. The Sales Coordinator communicates with clients to provide timely information,



follow up on leads, and assist in resolving service-related concerns to enhance guest and partner satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and assisting with basic market research and sales administration tasks.
