We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes programmatic media, understands the evolving ad tech ecosystem, and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive real results.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on execution role where you will own end-to-end programmatic campaign management. From planning to optimization, you'll be responsible for driving performance, managing DSPs, working with data, and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, and manage programmatic campaigns across platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, etc.).




• Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to translate business objectives into media plans.
• Oversee audience targeting, budgeting, pacing, and performance tracking.
• Optimize campaigns daily for performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and viewability.
• Analyze campaign data to extract insights, create reports, and present performance decks.
• Work closely with creative and tech teams to implement ad tags, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging tools within the ad tech / martech ecosystem.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a core focus on programmatic campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs like DV360, Xandr, TTD, StackAdapt, or similar.
• Robust understanding of media buying strategies, audience segmentation, third-party data, and ad trafficking.
• Experience working with Google Campaign Manager, ad servers, and tracking tools.
