Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Odoo Technical Consultant with 10–12 years of experience in ERP development, customisation and implementation. The consultant will work on a project-by-project contractual basis, delivering solutions aligned with business requirements and agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Odoo technical customisation and module development
• Develop and customise Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo framework
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Customise workflows, reports, views and business processes
• Manage database optimisation, data migration, debugging and performance improvements
• Handle deployment, testing and technical documentation
• Provide technical estimates, project timelines and milestone-based deliverables
• Ensure code quality, scalability,



security and maintainability

Required Skills
• 10–12 years of relevant Odoo technical experience
• Robust expertise in Python, PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM
• Hands-on experience with Odoo module development and customisation
• Proficiency in XML, QWeb and JavaScript
• Experience with API integrations and third-party systems
• Knowledge of Odoo architecture, deployment, debugging and performance optimisation
• Ability to independently manage technical deliverables and project timelines

Contractual Engagement
• Work will be assigned on a project-by-project basis
• Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees will be agreed upon before each engagement
• Payments will be linked to mutually agreed milestones
• Complete source code, documentation and project handover are mandatory
• Ongoing maintenance and support will be contracted separately
