Role Description The Technical Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading technical teams and ensuring successful delivery of product and project initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing software implementation and support activities, coordinating project plans and timelines, and guiding research and development efforts to improve and extend docEdge and bpmEdge.



The role involves providing technical leadership, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high-quality technical support for enterprise clients. The Technical Manager will collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to drive process improvements, maintain documentation standards, and align technical execution with business goals.
