Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role at Truespace Homes is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will guide clients through the entire property transaction cycle, including understanding requirements, recommending suitable properties, arranging site visits, and supporting documentation and closing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a portfolio of listings, conducting market research, managing inquiries,



following up with leads, and preparing basic sales reports. The role involves negotiating terms within company guidelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service. The consultant will also participate in training sessions, team meetings, and local networking activities to stay informed about market trends and project updates.
