Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage accounting operations for our UAE group entities remotely and our India entity. The role involves maintaining books of accounts in Tally Prime, handling bank reconciliations, supporting taxation and payroll compliance, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with the Dubai team, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 1. UAE Group Entities• Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally Prime with proper supporting documentation.




• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve unmatched transactions.
• Maintain tenant rent, post-dated cheque (PDC), and vendor payment trackers.
• Prepare VAT working schedules, including input and output VAT registers, for review by the Dubai team.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare audit and Corporate Tax schedules as required.

2. India Entity• Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Handle TDS calculations, quarterly returns, and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Support GST compliance, monthly payroll processing, PF, and Professional Tax.
• Track foreign inward remittances, Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates (FIRCs), and export-of-service invoicing.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and assist with ROC/LLP annual filings.
