Role Description This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves working within a thermal power plant environment to support safe, efficient, and continuous power generation. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and operating thermal power plant systems, overseeing steam generation processes,



and coordinating electricity production activities according to operational standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves performing routine inspections, assisting with turbine-related maintenance, and reporting equipment performance issues to ensure minimal downtime. The team member will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and safety personnel, follow established procedures, and contribute to optimization initiatives that enhance plant efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Power Plants and Thermal Power Plant operations.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Power Generation and Electricity systems.
• Candidates should possess skills working with Steam processes and associated equipment.
• Relevant engineering or technical diploma/degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Power Engineering) is beneficial.
• Experience in thermal power plant operations, turbine systems, or industrial energy facilities is an advantage.
