Role overview & Key responsibilities:

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager – Government Sales (B2G) to build and scale PadCare's public-sector business across India.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and engaging government decision-makers to navigating procurement processes and closing purchase orders. You'll help bring PadCare's sustainable sanitary waste management solutions to municipalities,



government institutions and public-sector organisations.

• Build the sales pipeline: Identify and develop opportunities across municipal corporations, government departments, universities, PSUs, public hospitals and transport networks.
• Engage decision-makers: Build relationships with Commissioners, Registrars, department heads and other government stakeholders to develop and convert opportunities.
• Own GeM and tendering: Manage GeM listings, government tenders, e-procurement portals, bid submissions and related documentation.
• Drive deal closures: Navigate procurement and approval processes, identify relevant funding opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders, work orders and empanelments.
• Manage performance: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, deliver on order-book targets, keep CRM records updated and share market intelligence with leadership.
