Role Description The Account Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities. This role includes preparing and maintaining financial records, supporting the creation and review of financial statements, and ensuring accurate posting of transactions in accounting systems. The Account Officer will handle accounts receivable and payable,



assist with reconciliations, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. The position also involves generating periodic reports, supporting audits, and responding to customer and vendor queries in a professional manner while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Finance and the ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating account balances, identifying discrepancies, and supporting decision-making.
• Customer Service skills to manage vendor and client interactions, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Offi
