Primary Responsibilities

• Define long and short term product/portfolio strategies, identify market needs, define product performance indicators, managing build, launch and operational financials, whilst overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, Sunset) to ensure product delivery by ensuring that solutions are defined with high-value requirements, compelling business cases, clear product positioning, and a explicit priority order
• Partner with Sales, Marketing,



Business Development and Client Implementation teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Performing or commissioning market research activities to validate the prospect
• Work with senior leadership to communicate product strategy, vision, goals, roadmap, and performance. Ensure material used for weekly and monthly reporting of progress is up to date and accurate
• Lead teams of product managers and product owners to ensure that product goals and initiatives have been deconstructed into features and four sprints worth of groomed user's stories (a healthy backlog) that can executed by the scrum teams
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
