We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executive who understands the Australian market and knows how to turn conversations into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities• Reach out to Australian business owners through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified B2B leads.
• Communicate confidently with Australian business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements, identify business challenges, and recommend suitable services.
• Present digital marketing, lead generation, and AI automation solutions effectively.
• Handle objections,



negotiate professionally, and close sales.
• Schedule discovery meetings and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with management and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements• 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or international sales.
• Strong understanding of Australian English accents and conversational communication styles.
• Previous experience selling to Australian businesses or working in an Australian outbound sales process is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and robust listening skills.
• Proven ability to handle cold calls, overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals independently.
