• Implementing QMS & EMS more effectively in all the projects.
• Implementing Project Quality plan and Quality objectives.
• Setting up standards & implementation & reviewing the same.
• Should be able to Manage, Guide & Motivate a team of QA Engineers.
• Meeting Project Heads for implementation of QA Systems & review the present systems.
• Review the Inspections & plan for future inspections & reviews.
• Prepare the required presentations & data for the reviews.
• Collaborating with various functions of Engineering Team for better QA results.
