Role Description The Ticketing Manager role at Dream Capture Holidays is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Ticketing Manager oversees daily ticketing operations, including processing bookings, managing ticket inventory, and coordinating with travel partners and vendors. This role involves monitoring fare options and schedules, handling ticket changes and cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Ticketing Manager responds to customer inquiries, resolves ticket-related issues,



and maintains high service standards throughout the booking journey. The role also includes optimizing ticketing workflows, supporting team members with complex cases, and contributing to continuous improvement of ticketing processes.
