Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Test Engineer Automation Testing with strong expertise in QA automation, Python-based automation frameworks, particularly Pytest, and hands-on AI solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and other relevant testing activities to ensure product quality.
• Build and implement AI-based solutions to address engineering challenges, improve workflows, or solve business problems.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation to enhance quality engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand product requirements, user workflows, and business objectives.




• Translate business requirements and product specifications into effective testing approaches and automation scenarios.
• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback.
• Monitor test execution results, identify quality risks, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, testing processes, and quality engineering standards.
• Ensure adherence to established testing standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4 6 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or quality engineering.
• Robust programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest and Python-based test automation frameworks.
