Job Summary

Inkarp Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager / Business Head exclusively for the Implen Nanophotometers business to drive business growth, market expansion, and commercial performance in India. The ideal candidate should possess robust experience in scientific and analytical instrumentation, strategic business development, distributor network management, revenue planning, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans and market-entry strategies to expand the Implen Nanophotometers business across India.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customer segments to drive business growth.
• Build, develop, and manage a strong distribution network and channel partner ecosystem across the country.
• Establish annual sales targets, revenue forecasts,



profitability goals, and business growth objectives.
• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage pricing strategies, profit margins, commercial negotiations, and overall business economics.
• Drive customer acquisition and develop strategic relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, research institutions, universities, and other relevant industries.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, product promotions, seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and customer engagement programs.
• Coordinate with Implen and internal stakeholders to align business strategies, product positioning, sales targets, and market-development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities within the scientific and analytical instrumentation industry.
