We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Trainer – Sales & Retail to strengthen the capabilities of our sales and retail teams, improve customer interactions, and establish consistent service standards across our Experience Centres.

Role Overview
The Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for sales and retail teams. The role will focus on improving sales effectiveness, customer experience, communication, grooming, product knowledge, and workplace discipline.




The ideal candidate should have experience in training customer-facing teams, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying skill gaps, and implementing structured learning initiatives that translate into measurable improvements in team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development
• Design and deliver structured training programs for sales executives, retail teams, and other customer-facing employees.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for recent hires, ensuring they understand company processes, products, service standards, and customer engagement expectations.
• Develop and conduct refresher training sessions to reinforce learning and improve on-the-job performance.
• Facilitate role plays, mock customer interactions, and practical exercises to strengthen selling skills and customer handling.

2. Sales Effectiveness & Customer Experience
• Train teams on consultative selling, customer engagement, objection
