Role Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the growth of the stockbroking business by acquiring recent clients, expanding market reach, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships. The role involves identifying and onboarding high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and retail investors while also exploring cross-selling opportunities in distribution products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cater to investment needs of mass affluent clients by recommending products like including equity, derivatives, equity advisory products, mutual funds, Unlisted Shares, PMS and AIF.
• Achieve assigned targets for revenue, client retention,



and AUM (Assets Under Management).
• Acquire new clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and other financial products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance trading activity and revenue generation.
• Drive cross-selling of the company’s distribution products to create additional revenue streams.
• Execute client orders in equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency markets with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, SEBI norms, and internal risk management guidelines.
• Handle online and offline trading platforms, resolving any client issues related to order execution.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, explaining trading processes, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the back office, RMS (Risk Management System), and compliance teams for smooth trade settlements.
