Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales of SBI Life’s insurance solutions,



building and managing a strong network of agents and channel partners, and achieving branch and regional business targets. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, conducting regular customer and partner meetings, and providing guidance on suitable products based on client needs. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Regular reporting, performance tracking, and participation in training and development activities will also form part of the daily responsibilities.
