Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Ranchi. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels, resolving inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently and professionally. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer communications, following established processes, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when needed. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience, contributing feedback to improve service quality, and meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction. The representative will embody Ayuda’s focus on empathy, clarity, and continuous improvement in every customer engagement.
