Recently, we were recognized by ?????? ????? ????? ??? ??? ??? ???????? ?? ????? ??? ???? ????? ???? ?? ??????? – ?????? ?. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
• Handle outbound and inbound calls to convert leads for upcoming trips for senior citizens.
• Explain app features and advantages to prospective clients and encourage them to subscribe.
• Build strong relationships with leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Visit Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and attend workshops or sessions organized for senior citizens to promote offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the trip planning and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of converted clients.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Patience and empathy, especially while interacting with senior citizens and their families.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
• Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection (for data management).
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
• Previous telecalling or inside sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi (On-site role).
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to ₹5.4 LPA
Salary: upto ₹25,000 fixed per month + attractive performance-based incentives/variable.
