About Quantik and the role

Quantik is offers digital marketing and product consulting. Our clients include salons and beauty brands, interiors and furnishing businesses, and travel and holiday agencies.

You will be our core marketing hire. You run campaigns yourself, day to day, and you help win recent clients by explaining what we can do for them. You will work closely with the founder, without a large team or layers of managers. If you like owning results and seeing your work make a direct difference to a growing business, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Performance marketing (about 40% of your time)
• Set up, run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns for clients and for Quantik
• Manage daily budgets, targeting, creatives and A/B tests to improve CPL, CTR and ROAS
• Track results in Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager and Google Tag Manager, and share simple weekly reports

SEO (about 20%)
• Run keyword research, on-page SEO and technical checks on client websites (mostly WordPress)




• Optimise Google Business Profiles for local businesses
• Track rankings and traffic using Google Search Console and tools like Semrush or Ahrefs

Content and writing (about 25%)
• Write ad copy, social media captions, blog posts, landing page text and email campaigns
• Plan monthly content calendars for client social media accounts
• Brief and create simple creatives with Canva and AI tools

Client pitching and communication (about 15%)
• Join calls and meetings with prospective clients, understand their business and pitch a suitable marketing plan
• Prepare short proposals and audit reports for prospects
• Present results to existing clients and keep them updated

What you need

Must-haves
• 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (2.5+ years if your skills are strong)
• Campaigns you have personally run on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with results you can show (for example: spend, leads, CPL, R
