Job Purpose:
The Senior Engineer- Production is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet company targets. This role involves coordinating resources, maintaining quality control, ensuring timely production, and implementing strategies for improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management:




• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, machines, and materials) to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments like Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure seamless workflow.
• Ensure compliance with production standards, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing efficiently.
• Foster a collaborative working workplace that encourages problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with HR to manage production workforce requirements, including scheduling, overtime, and performance management.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improving production processes, reducing waste, and optimizing resources.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma method
