About the Opportunity
We are hiring for a leading organization looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage mid-to-senior-level hiring mandates.
The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, a data-driven approach and the ability to independently manage hiring requirements while partnering with senior business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior-level positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies across job portals, professional networks and executive search channels.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and drive timely closures.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards, hiring analytics and reports for senior management reviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows through ATS platforms.
• Ensure accurate recruitment data,
productive hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
• 7–12 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory: Currently working in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction or a Big 4 consulting firm.
• Mandatory: Full-time, 2-year MBA / PGDM in HR from a recognized institute.
• Strong experience in recruitment analytics, dashboards and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Darwinbox experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring mandates and recruitment priorities.
