Key Responsibilities

ERP Transformation Leadership

* Lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.

* Drive ERP strategy, process standardization, and digital transformation programs.

* Act as the single point of ownership for ERP implementation and business process redesign.

Business Process Analysis & Design

* Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand business requirements, challenges, and pain points.

* Analyze current-state (AS-IS) processes and design future-state (TO-BE) workflows.

* Personally create and maintain BRDs, FRSs, process flows, swimlane diagrams, and user stories.

Solution Design & Implementation

* Lead fit-gap analysis and solution design discussions.

* Define master data structures, security roles, maker-checker controls, and reporting requirements.

* Work closely with implementation partners to configure ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.

* Oversee data migration, UAT, training, and change management activities.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

* Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.





* Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership teams to ensure business alignment.

* Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.

* Build consensus across cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely decision-making.

Required Experience

* 10–15 years of experience in ERP, business process transformation, or enterprise transformation.

* Minimum 2 successful end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

* Proven hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRSs, process maps, workflows, and business specifications.

* Robust understanding of key enterprise business processes, including:

* Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

* Order-to-Cash (O2C)

* Record-to-Report (R2R)

* CAPEX-to-Fixed Asset

* Revenue Recognition

* Inventory & Supply Chain Management

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and practical ERP solutions.

Skills:- Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, FRS and BRD
