Key Responsibilities
- Process P&C; insurance claims-related transactions.
- Review and validate insurance documentation.
- Follow established operating procedures and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity and SLA targets.
- Ensure processing accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with operational procedures.
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent insurance information.
- Escalate exceptions appropriately.
- Knowledge of US Property & Casualty insurance is mandatory.
- Claims-processing knowledge preferred.
- Ability to understand insurance documents.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical ability.
- Comfortable working in a structured operations setting.
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 operating environment.
