**Key Responsibilities:** **1. Lead P&C; Consulting Services** Oversee the delivery of People & Culture consulting services, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, service commitments are met, and stakeholders receive consistent, high-quality support. **2. Partner on Business and Workforce Priorities** Work closely with business leaders and Strategic HRBPs to translate business priorities into people plans, workforce solutions, and measurable outcomes. **3. Drive Strategic People Programs** Lead the execution of key people initiatives, including culture, employee experience, leadership development, capability building, engagement, and AI adoption programs. **4. Deliver Organizational Transformation** Support organizational changes including organizational design, workforce restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions, and other transformation initiatives.



**5. Enable Change and Stakeholder Adoption** Build strong relationships with leaders, manage complex people challenges, and drive effective change management, communications, and adoption of new initiatives. **6. Drive Operational Excellence and Governance** Ensure P&C; processes are effective, compliant, standardized, and continuously improved through automation, governance, risk management, and best-practice adoption. **7. Lead Team Performance and Insight-Driven Decisions** Develop a high-performing consulting team and leverage workforce analytics and insights to support decision-making, improve outcomes, and guide future priorities.
