About the Role
This is the senior technology leadership position in the company, reporting directly to the CEO.

You own what we propose to our customers and what we deliver to them. That means owning the technical solution end to end — understanding the requirement, designing the approach, preparing the proposal, defending it in front of the customer, and then standing behind it when it goes into delivery.





It also means owning the commercial outcome of the technology business and deciding how the technology organisation should be structured as it grows. You will have the mandate to shape the team, the practices, and the technical standards we hold ourselves to.

We are looking for someone who wants that level of ownership, not someone who wants a defined scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical solutioning for customer requirements across all three service lines, from discovery and requirement analysis through to the final solution.
• Prepare the technical proposal in line with the solution — architecture, approach, effort estimate, assumptions, and risks.
• Review and approve any technical proposal prepared by others before it reaches a customer.
• Present and defend the solution to the customer — solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, architecture discussions, and workshops.
