We combine AI-powered sourcing with human verification to deliver accurate, ready-to-use data to clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. We also build Domailfix (https://domailfix.com), our own email verification and email finder tool.

The role:
We're looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can find the right prospects, build accurate contact lists and manage the lead pipeline from first research to hand-off. You'll work on lead generation for Achivix's own growth and for client projects.

What you'll do:
- Find and qualify prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, based on each client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build targeted lead lists of decision-makers by industry, region, company size and job title
- Find work email addresses and verify every list with Domailfix.com before delivery
- Keep bounce rates low and data quality high across all lists
- Manage and update leads in the CRM: status, follow-ups and reporting




- Track results (leads delivered, accuracy, replies, meetings booked) and share weekly reports
- Work with the sales team to refine targeting and improve conversion
- Lead and train junior researchers as the team grows

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research or sales development
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Boolean search, filters, saved searches, lead lists)
- Experience with email finding and verification tools (you'll use Domailfix.com)
- Valuable understanding of ICPs, buyer personas and B2B decision-maker roles
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) and Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters more to us than volume
- Good written English and clear communication

- Experience with US, UK or European markets
- Experience in executive searc
