Role Description The MCB Application Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai, focused on supporting the design, application, and performance of MCB products within Goldmedal’s portfolio. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on product selection and application,



supporting sales and marketing teams with product knowledge, and addressing customer queries and issues related to MCBs and related protection devices. The role involves coordinating with R&D; and manufacturing teams on product improvements, conducting or overseeing testing and validation of MCB performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations. The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, help with troubleshooting in the field, and contribute to training sessions for internal teams and channel partners.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with understanding of protection devices, power distribution, and safety standards.
• Experience in Technical Support and Testing for electrical products, preferably MCBs, distribution boards, or similar systems.
• Exposure to Software Development or embedded systems related to electrical protection or monitoring is an advantage.
