Role Description The Proposal Manager – Water Treatment is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal and bidding process for water and wastewater treatment projects, including utility water, process water, effluent treatment,



and reuse systems. Day-to-day activities include reviewing tender documents, coordinating with technical, sales, and operations teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The Proposal Manager will prepare cost estimations, solution outlines, and supporting documentation, while maintaining accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and outcomes. The role also involves client communication during the proposal stage, supporting negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement in proposal quality and win rates.
