About Role: This role is central to maintaining the digital integrity of the manufacturing facility's operations. You will be responsible for converting physical documentation, including material logs and visitor registers, into accurate digital records that drive warehouse and administrative efficiency.
Day In Life: Your day will start with logging incoming raw material invoices and goods receipt notes, followed by updating dispatch manifests for finished goods. You will spend time verifying physical stock counts against system entries and ensuring all plant visitor logs and memos are correctly digitized and archived.

Key Activities:




Log raw material invoices and goods receipt notes (GRN)
Input dispatch manifests and shipping details
Digitize physical batch manufacturing records and attendance cards
Maintain shelf-life trackers and bin card records
Organize and index digital files on shared drives

Responsibilities:
Primary:
Ensure high-accuracy data entry for all inbound and outbound logistics documentation
Update and maintain inventory records and warehouse stock sheets digitally
Verify all system entries against source documents to eliminate numerical errors
Maintain digital visitor registers and contractor logs

Secondary:
Support plant administration with typing official memos and letters
Scan and archive physical documents according to company guidelines
Communicate with local vendors and transporters in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
