About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Media Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue by selling print and digital advertising solutions across our leading magazines and media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and acquire new advertisers, brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Sell advertising spaces across print magazines, digital publications, and media platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare advertising proposals, media plans, rate cards, and client presentations.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals,



and close advertising sales.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Track client interactions, sales activities, and revenue performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, publishing, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close sales.
• Confidence in dealing with corporate clients, marketing managers, and advertising agencies.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM tools.
