Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive will work full time on-site in New Delhi, driving measurable growth for clients through data-led marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies across digital channels, managing campaign budgets, and tracking key metrics such as leads, conversions, and return on ad spend. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior and competitor activity, and translating insights into actionable campaign optimizations. The executive will collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and creative teams to align messaging with client goals and ensure consistent performance reporting. The position also requires preparing regular performance reports, presenting findings to stakeholders, and recommending improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.
