• Company is seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Senior Loan Associate - Parabroker to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in Australian
mortgage loan processing and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.
• This role requires a highly motivated
individual with a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving loan processing efficiency
and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Borrowing Capacity (BC) Processing:
Accurately assess borrower's borrowing capacity based on financial information
and lender guidelines.
• Loan Analysis: Conduct comprehensive loan
analysis to determine loan eligibility and structure.
• Loan Processing: Manage a high volume of
loan applications from start to finish, ensuring adherence to compliance and
regulatory requirements.
• Missing Information Reports (MIR):
Efficiently identify and request missing documentation from borrowers,
maintaining timely loan progression.
• System Proficiency: Demonstrate
proficiency in HubSpot and Infinity to manage customer data and loan
information effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and
maintain robust relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional
customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with
internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing.
• Compliance Adherence: Stay updated on
industry regulations and ensure
