We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager – Education Loans to lead regional sales execution, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality across the education loan business. The ideal candidate will bring solid sales leadership experience in lending or financial services, with the ability to drive business growth while maintaining compliance, customer satisfaction, and portfolio health.

This role requires a balance of commercial focus, disciplined sales funnel management, customer relationship development, and early-delinquency monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening regional performance, building effective partner networks, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales, credit, risk, operations, and collections teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional education loan sales, customer acquisition,



and business development in line with approved targets and growth strategies.
- Generate and manage leads through direct sales, educational institutions, consultants, referral partners, and other approved channels.
- Counsel students and co-applicants on course and institution eligibility, funding requirements, repayment structures, and documentation.
- Oversee application data capture, customer consent, source attribution, and accurate record-keeping in approved systems.
- Ensure the timely collection and validation of admission, academic, KYC, income, banking, and collateral documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Underwriting, Operations, Verification, and partner teams to resolve queries and progress applications within agreed service levels.
- Monitor the lead-to-login, login-to-sanction, and sanction-to-disbursement funnel, analyse conversion gaps, and implement corrective actions.
