Role Description The Territory Sales Manager – Domestic is a full-time, on-site role based in Bagru, responsible for driving sales growth within assigned regions across India. The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of distributors, fabricators, architects, and other B2B customers,



with a focus on luxury natural stones and quartzites. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely order processing and deliveries in coordination with internal teams. The Territory Sales Manager will regularly visit customers, track market trends, monitor competitor activity, and prepare sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes providing training and support to channel partners, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to meet revenue and margin targets.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present technical product information confidently.
• Proven Sales skills with experience in territory management, B2B selling, lead generation, and closing deals in an industrial or building materials context.
