Role Description The Senior Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Delhi Area. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and closing sales for car accessories and auto furnishing products. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and perks, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely order follow-up and after-sales support.



The Senior Sales Representative will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional activities. The role also requires close coordination with logistics and operations teams to align customer orders with import and export schedules and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Solid sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of automotive accessories or related retail/wholesale sectors, with the ability to understand product features and convey value to customers.
• Experience in business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and strategic account growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers and internal stakeholders
