Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Cuttack. The Sales Representative will identify and approach prospective hotel and industrial clients, present product offerings, and maintain regular contact with existing customers to support repeat business. Daily tasks include visiting client locations, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.



The role also involves maintaining sales records, tracking leads, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The Sales Representative is expected to uphold professional standards, represent the company positively, and contribute to overall sales growth.
Qualifications

• Proven ability in client relationship management, including prospecting, follow-up, and customer service for B2B accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain product features and close sales effectively.
• Basic proficiency in using phones, email, and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) for sales coordination and reporting.
• Ability to learn product categories related to hotel and industrial supplies and explain technical or usage details clearly to customers.
• Comfort with field work, including regular client visits in and around Cuttack, and the ability to manage time
