Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs and define requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions with business and client teams.
• Analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for development and technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve requirement-related issues, and ensure timely clarification and sign-off.
• Identify gaps between current-state and future-state processes and recommend process improvements.
• Support solution discussions, impact analysis, requirement traceability, and change management activities.




• Work closely with QA/testing teams to define test scenarios, validate business functionality, and support UAT.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, demos, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies where applicable.
• Track requirement changes and ensure alignment across business, product, development, and testing teams.
• Support project documentation, status reporting, risk identification, and dependency management.
• Interact with US clients and stakeholders across different time zones when required.
• Support client workshops, presentations, and business discussions during project delivery and implementation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT/software product or services environments.
• Robust experience in business requirement gathering, requirement analysis, documentation, and validation.
