HR Manager

Location: SRET Campus, Karanjaveri, Dharampur
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month

Role Purpose

The HR Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations across SRET’s verticals, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee records, training, and performance review processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring

• Coordinate recruitment from requisition through scheduling and documentation.

• Apply consistent hiring processes across teams.

• Maintain candidate records and follow up on joining formalities.

Onboarding and Documentation

• Complete joining formalities and collect and verify documents.

• Organize induction sessions and orientation materials.

• Track probation and confirmation timelines.

Employee Records and HR Systems

• Maintain employee records and HR dashboards.

• Track contract renewals, transfers, and exits, with documentation.

• Support monthly HR reporting and data analysis.

Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Support

• Track biometric or manual attendance.

• Prepare monthly leave reports and share payroll-ready data.





• Coordinate with Accounts on salary disbursements and reimbursements.

Policy and Compliance

• Communicate HR policies and support consistent implementation.

• Track policy violations, grievances, and escalations.

• Support POSH, disciplinary, and compliance procedures.

Performance Management

• Manage appraisal timelines and tool rollouts.

• Collect evaluation information from department heads.

• Maintain performance records and support improvement plans.

Training and Employee Engagement

• Coordinate training calendars, logistics, attendance, venues, trainers, and materials.

• Track training participation and feedback.

• Support employee perks documentation, celebrations, meetings, surveys, and recognition records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
