Location: Navi Mumbai (field role, across all nodes)
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation
• Fixed salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month
• Profit share: 2–3% on every deal closed
• Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities
• Meet and visit qualified B2B leads provided by the company
• Understand client requirements and present ITCYBER solutions
• Conduct product demos and prepare clients for proposals
• Negotiate within approved pricing and close deals
• Collect payments and coordinate client onboarding
• Achieve a monthly target of 8 closed deals




• Maintain accurate daily reports of meetings and pipeline

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B, IT, software or digital services sales
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai market
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Self-motivated, target-driven and qualified
