Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Guide customers throughout their visa application journey with professional assistance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Learn about international visa processes,
documentation requirements, and company offerings.
• Work towards achieving individual performance goals while continuously improving communication and sales skills.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline (Graduation completed is mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or the Travel industry.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
