JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join a leading financial services organization as Senior Business Support Executives (Sr. BSE).

The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, financial product support, and branch operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Manage day-to-day branch operations and customer enquiries.
✅ Generate new business through client acquisition, cold calling, and referrals.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
✅ Educate customers about Mutual Funds, IPOs, NFOs, and other financial products.
✅ Assist clients with account opening, investment applications, and documentation.




✅ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.
✅ Provide excellent customer service, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
✅ Maintain daily sales reports, business records, and back-office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
✔ Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is an advantage.
✔ Strong sales, customer handling, and relationship management skills.
✔ Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
