Role Description The Assistant Manager – Vehicle Maintenance is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance activities for an expanding EV and logistics vehicle fleet, ensuring high uptime, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, monitoring vehicle performance, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role also involves working closely with drivers, technicians, and operations teams to address issues promptly, optimize maintenance costs, and support smooth fleet operations. The Assistant Manager will help implement maintenance best practices, support vendor coordination for parts and services, and contribute to continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
